Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

  • Custom-made and personalized orders are non-returnable.

  • Please include photos of the issue when requesting a return.

Time Frame for Return Requests

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to us via the Contact page or email with your order details.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within

7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are

non-refundable.
